Rota: 2 weeks on/2 weeks off

Salary: £50,000 gross per year

Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Rota Nanny to join a warm and welcoming family based in Notting Hill, London. The primary responsibility will be the care and well-being of the family’s 5-year-old and 2-years-old. This role is ideal for individuals who are nurturing, creative, and eager to contribute to the children’s growth and development. The position follows a 2-week on/2-week off rota, providing both flexibility and variety in your schedule. This role would suit a candidate who has Early Childhood qualifications and has completed 2 years in a nanny role and wants to progress to a rota position.

Responsibilities:

• Provide loving and attentive care to the children.
• Plan and organise engaging activities to foster the children’s development.
• Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for both children at all times.
• Travel with the family, adapting to different cultures and environments.
• Work collaboratively with the child’s mother to maintain routines and consistency in care.
• Communicate effectively with the family regarding the children’s well-being and progress.

Requirements:

• English First Language preferred.
• Previous experience as a nanny is essential.
• Calm, adaptable, and open-minded approach to childcare.
• Passion for travel and exploring new cultures.
• Creative and engaging personality with a talent for planning fun, educational activities.
• Educational background preferred.
• Ability to adapt to different environments and schedules.
• Excellent communication skills and a supportive, proactive attitude.
