Job Title: Live-in Daily Nanny

Overview:
This busy family is looking for a friendly, gentle and nurturing daily nanny to care for their two children (Girl born in 2022 & Baby born in Feb 2025). Both parents work, and the role is a mix of shared share and sole charge with the parents very much involved in their children’s lives.

Ideal Candidate:
The nanny will be expected to have a good understanding and experience of working with children of a similar age, maintaining a good routine and adapting this as necessary. They should be a strong communicator and someone who respects boundaries knowing when to help and when to step back. The nanny will need to be very safety conscious and attentive to the children at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• The core working hours will be 8am to 7pm with flexibility for working evenings and weekends if required (time off in lieu will be given) with some proxy parenting when the parents are travelling.
• The family travel a great deal and so a nanny who enjoys travelling and has experience of travelling with families is essential.
• A degree in Early Childhood or related is preferable (e.g. Norland).

Additional Info:

• Next year (2026) the main base for the family is about an hour North of LA (accommodation for the nanny consists of own bedroom and ensuite bathroom), with lots of travel including to Europe and Denver Colorado. The family will also eventually be spending time in Los Angeles city.
• A driver is not essential but if the nanny can drive, a car will be provided when working.
• The family have a dog.
