Job Overview:
An international family based in the desirable West Village, New York, is seeking a professional and highly experienced Nanny to join their busy household. The family has three children aged 5, 3, and 5 months. The role will involve working in collaboration with another nanny, ensuring seamless care and routines across all three children. A separate studio flat is provided for accommodation, and a J1 visa can be arranged for the right candidate (age restrictions apply). The family spends their summers in the Hamptons, and flexibility to travel is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, nurturing care to three children aged 5, 3, and 5 months.
• Maintain routines, including feeding, naps, and structured play.
• Work collaboratively with another nanny to coordinate daily schedules and activities.
• Plan engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote development and learning.
• Assist with nursery duties and children’s laundry.
• Pack, unpack, and adapt routines for travel to the Hamptons during the summer.
• Maintain a calm, professional, and proactive approach in a fast-paced household.

Ideal Nanny:

• Qualified childcare professional, ideally Norland-trained or equivalent.
• Experienced in caring for babies, toddlers, and preschool-aged children.
• Confident working within a fully staffed household alongside another nanny.
• Flexible, discreet, and proactive with strong communication skills.
• Able to adapt routines and manage changing schedules.
• Eligible and willing to apply for a J1 visa (age restrictions apply).
• Driving is not required.
